Lavender Lily gets your Kids Disco Party started with awesome music, LED lights (optional) and the crowing your child as the king or queen of the party (along with a
gorgeous crowning ceremony)
RUNNING ORDER OF YOUR DISCO PARTY
Pre-Guests

Lavender Lily arrives 30 – 45 minutes prior to the guests to set up

 

Guests Arrive
During this time Lavender Lily:
Meets the birthday child and has a quick photo
Sets up a gorgeous full colour backdrop
PA, microphones and mic- stands
LED disco Lights
Parachute
Bubble Machine (optional extra)

First 10 Minutes
When the guests arrive the bubble machine, music and disco lights are on and the party space is ready to bounce.

 

Next 20 Minutes
Based on a 2 hour disco Kids Disco Party
Lavender Lily’s comical and fun-loving guest greetings and disco introduction
 

Next 20 Minutes
Rainbow Parachute games

Crowning the birthday child king or queen of the party
Hula hoop or Magik tricks or combo of both as part of the presentation.
 

 

Next 40 Minutes
is the structured Party Fun.
2 dance Routines
and 2 Party Games

 

 

Next 40 Minutes and the Food
 is filled with
Unstructured Dance – children can select if they want to sing using microphones, dance , hoop or scarf dance
 - Free dancing, singing on the microphones, hula hoop and scarf dancing
Great time to put the food out for the children to eat. If you would prefer to set up a sit-down party table setting, let Lavender Lily know to adapt the party to suit.

 


Next 20 Minutes - Cake time

Lavender Lily plays happy birthday music – gathers children together for cake, singing happy birthday and photo’s.
Balloon bending wands, swords, doggies.
 

Last 10 Minutes

The last few favourite songs.

  • Travel cost applies for travel outside this above area.

  • Package price is for 15 children. Each additional child is $3.00.

  • $150 party deposit is to be paid within 3 days to confirm bookig

  • Extra fees may apply for Public Holidays and night time bookings.

  • For corporate events please contact Lavender Lily for a quote.

  • For large groups of 30 or more please contact Lavender Lily for a quote, as a PA will be required at a cost and additional  performers may also be required.

  • Special party packages ie high tea at hotels etc can be arranged in consultation
